Catharine Ann Warner was born on 21 Jul 1851 in Overton, Chester, Wayne, Ohio to parents Thomas Warner and Christina Henninger.10
Here at Overton in Chester, Wayne, Ohio, Catharine grew up with her older sister Anna Maria and younger brother Simon Peter.11
John Wesley Winkler married Catharine Ann Warner on 06 Jan 1870 in Wayne County, Ohio12, 13 (John's father and Catharine's father owned land adjacent to one another making John and Catharine neighbors growing up.)14
After marriage, John and new wife Catharine make their home at Overton in Chester Township, next to Overton church, where John worked as a farmer. John & Catharine immediately became “parents” as John’s 10 year old sister Emma Alice Winkler moved in with the couple. Their neighbors include his brother David Todd Winkler & wife Rosanna, Catharine’s parents Thomas & Christina Warner, and brother Simon Peter Warner & wife Ida living four houses over.15
They started their own family officially in 1871 when son Thomas was born. Daughter Effie & son William would follow soon after and son Charles would round out the family in 1889.16
John would eventually receive soldier’s pension for his service in the Civil War and on 22 Nov 1899 it was increased to $10 per month.17
After father-in-law Thomas Warner passed away, JWW acquired the land, eventually sold off his existing land and moved onto the Warner property in Chester, just south-west of the Overton Church where he would retire and let son Charles take over the farming.18
John died on 18 Mar 1913 in Chester, Wayne, Ohio of “Paralysis of the Heart”.19 He was buried on 21 Mar 1913 at the Overton Church of God Cemetery in Chester Township, at Lot 2, Block 2, Grave 1.20
After her husband passed, Catharine lived at the family home in Chester Township with son Charles & brother-in-law Martin Luther Winkler who, over the next few years, maintained the family farm. A street name of Route 5 for the Chester Township residence is finally documented.21
Sometime between 1921, when son Charles marries22 (then passes away in 1922)23, and 1930, Catharine moved in with son Thomas & his wife Emma at 646 Nold Avenue in Wooster where she paid her son $15 in rent.24
Catharine died at the age of 91 on 24 Jan 1942 at the home of her daughter Effie Hartman, north of Jefferson in Plain, Wayne, Ohio. She passed away from Arteris-Sclerotic Heart Disease in what was ruled "Sudden Death".25

Footnotes
A Catharine's name is written as "Catharine" with an "A" on 90% of her documents, across her nine decades on this Earth. This includes the headline of her obituary, which is the only place where he full name is listed. They then proceed to mess her name up immediately thereafter and spell it the more common way of "Catherine", which became popular as Catharine got older.
